How can people thrive at work and in life—today and tomorrow?

That question has guided Professor Dr. Jochen Menges throughout his career. He holds the Chair of Human Resource Management and Leadership at the Department of Business Administration and serves as the Director of the Center for Leadership in the Future of Work at the University of Zurich. He is also a Professor of Leadership at Cambridge Judge Business School and a member of King’s College at the University of Cambridge. His research explores how leaders inspire and influence others, how emotions shape behavior, and how individuals and organizations can prepare for the future of work. As a co-founder of the Global HR Valley®, a future-of-work ecosystem that is part of the Reskilling Revolution of the World Economic Forum, he helps people, leaders, and organizations flourish in an increasingly complex world.
